My name is Natalie Jones and I have been flying helicopters since 2004. My inspiration for pursuing a career in rotorcraft aviation came from my first helicopter flight experience of landing on a glacier while on vacation with my family in Alaska.

I equate the experience to falling in love for the first time and is something that one never truly forgets. Depending on how that love is nourished and despite some challenges, it can lead to an amazing adventure.

To help honor women in aviation week, I encourage every women to pursue their passion and empower other women to help break barriers.
