Scope of Work

Provide modification, engineering, and sustainment support for all SOF/PR and Rotary Division managed aircraft to include integrated weapon systems, subsystems, and associated support equipment. Customer’s intent is to have a one stop shop for cradle-to-grave weapon system management for all Special Operations Forces and Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) aircraft and USAF helicopters.

Scope of Work

KRACEn provides aircraft maintenance services and support to include modification kit builds and installations, repair and/or recovery of Aircraft on Ground (AOG), repair of aircraft airframe, repair and overhaul of components, repair and overhaul of engines, and augmentation labor supplement for maintenance where custody of the aircraft is not required. Examples of these services are acquiring and packaging aircraft component modification kits, support in recovery of aircraft, augmentation of government maintenance personnel, and aircraft component and engine maintenance. KRACEn will also support single satellite site, simple platform, O-level CLS requirements involving limited aircraft quantities.

Scope of Work

The NAWC-AD has the requirement for full rate production of Mission System Avionics, aircraft upgrade/modification kits, components, and installation of these products. The typical products are: full rate production quantities of mechanical and electrical components, mission systems and components, kits, obsolescence engineering services, ancillary services, systems or aircraft modifications. Requirements will originate from U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Foreign Military Sales, other Department of Defense (DoD), and Other Government Agencies.

Scope of Work

WASP-135 is for worldwide airlift services utilizing Fixed and/or Rotary wing aircraft types. Contractor shall provide aircrew, ground personnel, supplies, ancillary support services and equipment to perform dedicated and/or Ad Hoc Federal Aviation Regulation 135 or equivalent Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) airlift operations. Operations could include the movement of passengers and cargo (or combination thereof), air ambulance, medical evacuation, sling-load cargo operations, delivery of Class I-X supplies and US Mail and/or other like services. Other Department of Defense and federal agencies may order the services offered under this contract upon approval by the USTRANSCOM Contracting Officer (CO) and the Requiring Activity.

Scope of Work

Provide domestic airlift and passenger charter services on Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 135 approved aircraft. Services include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform air charter transportation services for both ad hoc and longer-term domestic passenger, cargo, and combined movements at both military and commercial airfields. Performance of services shall take place within the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. Territories, Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean Islands, as specified in the individual solicitation or task order.
